My Story​

YOGA 

Hi, I’m Cheryl, the founder of Cloud by Cheryl and a yoga teacher based in Clydebank. My yoga journey has been one of healing, growth, and following my heart. After the trauma of losing my dad, yoga became the only thing that helped me feel like myself again. It gave me moments of stillness when everything else felt overwhelming, and I knew I had to learn why  not just for me, but so I could share it and pass it on to others. For me, yoga isn’t about fancy poses or stretches; it’s about breathing, coming back to yourself, and finding that pause in a busy world.

In November 2024, I graduated as a yoga teacher in Bali  a life-changing experience that gave me the space to slow down, reflect, and finally keep a promise I’d made to myself after always living life at 100mph. Soon after, I completed my Reiki Level 1 training, which felt like everything falling perfectly into alignment.

I began teaching my very first yoga class in February 2025 thanks to the beautiful Penny at Novi Wellness Studio. The support I received from friends, family, and even strangers was unmatched, and it gave me the courage to keep going. From there, I taught classes in Clydebank at Healing Heather Holistics, before taking the leap to open my very own studio which is located in Clydebank within spectrum hOuse 1a North Avenue. In March 2025, after countless late nights of painting, cleaning, laying floors, and pouring my heart into every detail, Cloud by Cheryl was born.

Now, I feel so lucky to call this space home and to have built the most beautiful yoga community. My studio is more than just a place to practice  it’s a space for connection, stillness, strength, and finding yourself again, just as yoga has always done for me.

i am based within Erskine House in Clydebank Cg Aesthetics.  I have 10 Years experience in the Beauty Industry.  I graduated HND in Beauty Therapy in 2014. Since I have worked in 5* Spas in Scotland, gaining some of the highest levels of training to advance my skills.  I am trained in the very well known luxurious brands Espa, Carita, Decleor, Thalgo and many more.  I offer a wide range of beauty treatments from brow lamination to facials and body massage.
