My Story
YOGA -Hello I’ m Cheryl, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training @ The House of Om in Bali Indonesia. Yoga for me helps to be the best I can be physically and mentally. Losing my Dad a few years ago lead me down the path of yoga. It was the thing that helped me focus and push past my anxiety, panic attacks and heartbreak. Yoga is different for everyone and their reasons behind doing it. I read a quote that said “If you can breathe you can do Yoga”. This is so true Yoga isn't about being able to do fancy difficult poses, its about letting go of what you don’t need and revealing your true self. So join me on the mat and let’s see the happier you.
BEAUTY - I also offer aesthetics within Erskine House in Clydebank Cg Aesthetics. I have 10 Years experience in the Beauty Industry. I graduated HND in Beauty Therapy in 2014. Since I have worked in 5* Spas in Scotland, gaining some of the highest levels of training to advance my skills. I am trained in the very well known luxurious brands Espa, Carita, Decleor, Thalgo and many more. I offer a wide range of beauty treatments from brow lamination to facials and body massage.

Launch Night
I am incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support I received during my yoga launch night. It was heartwarming to see so many familiar faces and new ones come together to share in this special moment. The positive energy and enthusiasm from everyone truly made the event a success, and I couldn't have done it without the encouragement and presence of each person who attended. Your support means the world to me, and I'm so thankful for the beautiful community we are building together.

I’m feeling absolutely overjoyed after today’s Hatha heart-opening yoga practice. There’s something so beautiful about flowing through poses with such an amazing group of yogis. The energy was vibrant and uplifting, and I could feel my heart expand with every breath. It’s moments like these that remind me of the deep connection yoga brings, not just to ourselves but to the incredible people around us. Truly grateful for this shared experience and the positive energy we created together.
